It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you provide us with is correct and accurate and that there will be somebody available to sign for and take delivery of the goods. All orders within the UK are delivered using the Royal Mail Track and Trace Service. We cannot be held responsible for any delays once the goods have left us and are in the possession of a Courier or the Royal Mail. If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by telephone or by email within 7 working days of the delivery of the goods in question. If you do not receive your order within 14 working days of the date on which you placed the order, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us immediately. If your order is returned to us because the courier or postal service could not complete the delivery to you for whatever reason, then you will be responsible for the repeat delivery costs.
I B Krystals offer an excellent returns service and will offer an exchange or full refund on items as you require. Please contact our Customer Care department within 7 working days to arrange an exchange or return and simply return the item in new and unaltered condition with the original packaging.
Items will be refunded within 30 days, proof of postage may be required. If you are returning an order from overseas, please contact our Customer Care department on + 44 845 257 6927 within 7 working days of receiving the delivery and you will be provided with a Returns Authorisation Number which you must write clearly on the outside of your returns parcel. Replacements and refunds will be made within 30 days.
Please note, jewellery that has been worn or damaged cannot be returned. Also, please ensure that all security tags are not removed. If the security tags have been removed from the jewellery then we are not able to accept a request for return or refund.
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept any earrings for exchange or refund.
