Hi There.

As a new user to the IBK website you might, at first, need some help regarding the organisation of our wonderful product list. For example when you "add to cart", your product choices will be displayed after you have clicked the "show cart" button at the top right of the front page, from there you can check out with the left hand button.

Navigation

We felt that it was important to categorise the jewellry items by usage, hence we went for Bridal Collection, Womens, Children and finally Men. Each catergory is further broken down, as can be easily seen in the horizontal menu layout just underneath the feature product display on the home page, or just above on this page.

As you 'hover' your mouse over each main category, it's corresponding sub categories are displayed in the next line down.

Product Display Panels

On the home page we have feature panels that show recently added products, which you are able to navigate by the two arrows.

Then there is the main top feature display which automatically cycles through with a large photograph of each item. Again, if you 'hover' your mouse over each image a more detailed description slides up and the link to a more detailed description page.

RSS Feeds

As we are adding products all the time you may care to utilise the RSS feed button that is displayed for each category (this a square orange icon). This is a simple system where your own internet browser will recognise all the new products added since your last visit, and you will be able to browse through the new collection.

Shopping and Buying Products

As you browse through our wonderful range of high quality crystal jewellery, you may care to purchase an item or items. This is carried out through our secure payment gateway, via the 'shopping cart' interface.

How it Works

Simply hit the 'Add to Cart' button on any item, remember only hit the button once. All your purchases will be grouped together in what is termed 'your shopping cart'. This can be viewed at any time during your shopping experience by hiting the icon at the very top right of the website called 'SHOW CART'

This will reveal a drop down section which contains your items and the total cost so far.

Checking Out

Once you have completed your shopping visit you will need to navigate to the check out process. First off, from the 'SHOW CART' window click the 'shopping cart' button on the left hand side.

This will open a new window detailing your selections. At this point you can edit your selections. For example you may have inadvertantly hit the add to cart button more than once, so too many items of the same type are detailed.

If this has happened just edit the number of items and hit the blue arrows (update) icon to recalculate your entire shopping cart. This can be done with each item. The end blue icon will delete an item.

Proceeding to Check Out

When you hit the proceed to checkout text at the bottom of the page, you will enter a process to allow payment to be made.

You will need to register your details at this point, and they should be the same details as recorded by your means of payment by either debit or credit card.

Your will be asked to confirm these details and confirm the registration process by replying to the automated e-mail the process will send you.

You will need to agree to our terms and conditions at this point, and we ask that you read them carefully. They are not unreasonable.

Assuming you agree to our terms and that all details are correct you will be taken to the secure server where the payment card details will be entered to complete your purchase and pay for any delivey costs or methods. This part of the process, for added security, will take place on the payment gateway providors servers.

You will be notified by e-mail and only line as to the success of your purcahse and all payment details.

At this point you will be return to the IBK website, and thank you for shopping with us.
